You MUST receive an RMA number (Return Merchandise Authorization) before returning any item. Please note that all returned packages without an RMA number on shipping the box will be refused.

DO NOT put the label directly on the phone box or you will be charged a restocking fee.

PLEASE make sure you return ALL items that were originally sent to you in its original packaging.

When returning a defective item, customers are responsible for shipping costs (NO Exceptions); however, we will ship your replacement free of charge.

All manufacture defects will be replaced or repaired depending on the condition of the phone (within the 60-day guarantee). You may also choose to return the product for a reimbursement; however, a $9.99 handling fee will be deducted from your refund (NO Exceptions). Items returned for any reason other than manufacturer defective are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
